The story finishes the "last" Captain Atom story and is scripted by Roger Stern, penciled by Ditko, and inked by John Byrne. This story was apparently slated for Captain Atom #89 in 1967 (see Ditko's notes on the cover above) but only the pencils were ever finished (another story was ultimately published in issue #89 and this one was presumably rescheduled for #90), and it saw publication eight years later in 1975 in the second issue of Charlton Bullseye after the CPL Gang got hold of it.
And the whole story was reprinted relatively recently in DC Archives series.
