I knew this cover from ACG featuring reprints starring a 90's revamp (pun intended...hee hee) of the Scary Tales ghost hostess Baroness R.H. Von Bludd reminded me of something. But it was only when I chanced upon these other "homages" at the Grand Comic-Book Database that I remembered where I'd see that particular pose.
