Lightning seems to hate Spooky, as evidenced by the cover gallery above.
To get over on the bullying bolts, Spooky had to scare up some of his ghostly buddies who had a grudge against the offending weather themselves.
But with Spooky in charge, they won the day against the hostile elements.
