Now this is weird. "Kizil Maske" is the name of The Phantom in Turkey. The name means "Red Mask", and as you can see they do play with the Phantom's color scheme a bit. Check out this cover.
As you doubtless notice from the poster above, Kizil Maske was adapted to film. Not once it seems but maybe as many as three times in the late 60's. For a glimmer of what they were doing with Lee Falk's world-famous hero, check out this clip.
