Ghostly Tales seemed to be the comic in which Charlton hoped to showcase Rocke Mastroserio's work. He did the covers, many of the stories, and a number of interesting splash pages for the early issues of the run. I daresay he designed Mr.L.Dedd, the host of Ghostly Tales, and one of the most intriguing looking characters in comics. Above are some of those splash pages.
