Here's an Italian adaptation of a classic Strange Tales cover by Jack Kirby. It seems they wanted to excise the Torch entirely and so created this ludicrous image of Cap taking a swing at "fuoco" the Italian word for "fire". Likely the Human Torch is not in the issue, but it's still a pretty elaborate fix in my opinion.
As it turns out Jim Shooter has been using this very vintage Marvel comic as a sample in a series of essays on comic book construction. Here's a link to the first installment.
