Here's a cover for an issue of the 70's Fantastic. The artist is Joe Staton. Loved his covers and spot art for Ted White's Amazing and Fantastic. At the same time Joe was busy in the Derbyverse making Charlton safe for fanboys with vibrant artwork and wonderful creations with his partner in crime Nick Cuti. This is the same summer that their wonderful co-creation E-Man hit the stands for the first time.
