I love this cover, and amazingly I found this very issue in a dollar sale just this past weekend. My theory is that this Tony Tallarico cover for World of Wheels #25 was inspired by Jim Steranko's classic cover for Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD #4. The layouts seems remarkably similar and use of various techniques to develop the image almost the same. This cover post-dates the Steranko cover by many months. I wonder if there is a source image that inspired both artists?
