This is simply an outstanding comic book! It's one of the best stories, and some of the best artwork "Jaunty" Jim Steranko ever did for Marvel in his brief but incredibly influential stint with the company during the Silver Age.
Now that cover has been for sale for the princely sum of one hundred grand. It's been purchased though, at the recently finished ComiCon. Here's an article a Bleeding Cool with some few of the details.
