Ploog's work on the early issues of Marvel's "Frankenstein" comic is some of his best, be it the covers or the interior art.
Agreed. When I first discovered Ploog on Ghost Rider and Werewolf by Night, I was impressed, but his Frankenstein took it to a new place. The lush detail and setting were ideal for his talents at the time. It's a shame he didn't work on the strip longer. Rip Off
