This "Toys for Tots" poster is a fantastically charming image by the great Jack "King" Kirby. I see the "Marvel Mania" label on the kid's shirt,but I think this poster is too old for that association.
Here's a pencil draft version of the classic poster, a slightly different take on the scene with a little Doctor Doom thrown in for bad measure.
And here's another variation of the image with a different Cap and an actual Marine used for an associated promotional poster. Good art. Good cause.
