Henry Scarpelli, an artist most famous for his work on Archie and Archie-like characters for DC (Binky and Scooter) and for Marvel (Millie and Chili) has passed away at 79.

He's a favorite of mine though mostly for his wonderful work on Charlton's Abbott & Costello with Steve Skeates and for the wonderfully wacky Sinistro Boy Fiend in the third issue of Charlton Premiere.
This is a story like few others, a bizarre blend of satire and adventure, with emphasis on the satire. Blue Beetle and Peacemaker show up in this one, both drawn by Scarpelli, making him to my knowledge, the only artist other than Pat Boyette to draw Peacemaker at Charlton.
