"Going Steady" seems an odd phrase to use to describe Ernesto Garcia's vibrant underwater scene with a guy stealing a smooch as an ominous shark approaches.
That cover art comes from this issue of Romantic Story and the title "One Kiss Before Dying" seems a bit more apt.
And I adore the little golden fish that is catching a glimpse of the action.
